Jerry Goldsmith is a good example. He's in my top five (I think), and yet he may only have written twenty scores which I would rate as 10/10.
.

Only 20?

Imperfections must be sterilized.

Many of the composers I really like are only liked by one or two other people on this list, at the most -- folks like Sei Ikeno, Masaru Sato(h), Frank Skinner, and A. F. Lavagnino. Of composers nobody mentioned yet and probably never will:

Aaron Copland
Herman Stein
Hans Salter
William Lava
Paul Sawtell
Akira Ifukube
Vaughan Williams

I am admittedly not very familiar with Sei Ikeno and Masaru Sato(h), but I certainly know plenty of music by everybody else you mentioned and they are wonderful composers. Some of them would certainly make my top 50 and all would probably make my top 100.
