Still no further communication from customer service. Strange. They even sent me redundant Emails, seemingly confusing my question about returning JEDI with a product I wasn't satisfied with and wanted to return or exchange... twice! Maybe try that number Ryan found if it continues to drag out? For all I know, Ashley is a real person, but going over the correspondence again, it never really veered away from typical automated responses. A shipping notifcation was provided yesterday, with a new tracking number. My order page now lists two CDs of DIAL, one with and without a price. My order's status also went from being closed, to back to in progress, to now closed again (although that'll be determined by what actually arrives this time). All very fascinating, huh?

Well I got a response. They claim they're sending me the correct CD. But I have to send back the Jedi CD. I have to print a label and return slip and fill out some f'ing form. Geez-ez. I'm not doing anything until I get the correct CD in my hands. If sending back Jedi is a prerequisite then I'll just keep it and be done with this mess. Yeah, I hear you. I don't mind sending JEDI back, as it's not what I ordered and I have no use for it. But I will wait until the correct CD arrives. It's funny, I've bought soundtracks through mail order and the web for close to 30 years and I've never received the wrong item until this INDY cd and, about a month ago, from a Discogs purchase (the seller fixed it super fast, too; but even then I waited until the right item showed up before returning the wrong one). I kinda get that but it’s a waste of my time, printer ink, and envelope just to fix there mistake. Let’s be real, it’s not worth their time or money to get the CD back. And if I wanted to be a real jerk I could tell them you’re allowed to keep whatever is sent to you by law even if it’s a mistake.

Winds me up in these situations that they don't just correct the mistake and include a free-post envelope in with the second package. Seems the least they could do.

I agree with you; I just don't need another CD I won't listen to laying about - I have enough that I want to listen to that I'm not able to make time for. At least I won't be required to pay postage.

I heard that very very recently this CD was available on their site, but was again taken down with hour(s). Very interesting.

Just got the CD. I wish I had taken a picture. This was the only CD I have ever received in my 30 years of collecting that came with 3 or 4 protruding nubs around the middle part of the centre hole of the CD. I had to take a dremel to cut them off so the CD would be able to be rotated in the CD player. Did anybody else experience this?
