Thanks for the news, Lokutus. Daniel Pemberton is by far the most creative composer I discovered in recent years. I'm listening right now to BIRDS OF PREY and look forward to ENOLA HOLMES. I guess this movie must have suited him perfectly.
I am sure many people will LOVE Enola... it's just amazing... much simpler than his recent huge scores, very sweet and catchy (what Harry Potter might have sounded like if Pemberton got a chance to do one of those)... in some moments getting even close to something from Vivaldi (London Arrival) - in another moment a bit of gothic early Elfman (Basilwether Hall) or gorgeous viola solo and arpeggios (Edge of a Cliff)... but those are only brief fragments... I will post some samples as soon as my hosting starts working again... although it won't be easy to pick just a few.
and for those who care (if anyone) Mark Felt trailer linked above actually includes bits from the score... sadly not the actual main theme... it's only about 3 weeks until its the release (world premiere on TIFF next Monday) and still no soundtrack album announced... and actually there is still no poster available?
Still a lot of minor tweaks left to do including new showreel, discography and interviews update but all recent projects are now covered with their own pages...
