Well, since we're all here for our loves of scores, which we all share the same love for, I guess we all have hemorrhoids. Some more than others. So, where is Preparation H Raymond when you need him...

We're watching two different shows. My Disney+ gave me the good one I guess. Right? I don't get these people. I thought the production was top notch, the episode lengths just right and I'm still humming the theme. Plus, it's giving me everything I've ever wanted in a live action "Star Wars" series and more. Just this last episode we got a show where no one says a word for eleven minutes, a fight with Jawas on a moving sandcrawler and no humans! Well, I guess the Mandalorian is human but… no human faces!

Damn! I have to wait until tonight to see it. And the score for Chapter 2 is up on Amazon and Spotify. What a time!

...curious: have you seen any of Rebels? Season One is a little kiddy but S2 really swings a big stick. No, the animated stuff is a big missing gap - Clone Wars, Rebels, Resistance. Haven't seen any of them. I could try to catchup now that they're on Disney+. And I'm not sure what mirror universe people are living in but Episode 2 was great fun with theatrical quality effects, photography, makeup and creature effects sound design... And that's a definite Slave Children's Crusade thing Gorenson's got going on there right? Which I'm assuming is intentional. Again, being an ep behind... Listening to the End Credits I noticed that the music starts with the colors that we get in the episode: Man with No Name, Wandering Vistas, Old West in Space. But as it goes you get a much more heroic and traditional Star Wars mood if not quite the John Williams sound. I'm expecting that to be foreshadowing of the evolution of the character. Not a blindingly clever insight, I'm sure.
