I have the Colosseum edition of this. I really want the Varese expanded edition.
I don't understand why Varese limited this to 500 copies, seeing that Herrmann seems to sell rather well. It would have given a chance to those who missed out on the Herrmann at 20th Century Fox set to obtain a copy.

I don't understand it, either. This edition sold out before I was even aware of it, so for the time being I've had to make do with the isolated score on the Twilight Time Blu-ray (first edition).

I missed out on this, which pissed me off. It was sold out by the time I caught wind of it. Oh well.
