Looking forward to getting this from LaLa when they release it. Been listening to it quite a bit on Apple Music and enjoy it a lot.

Not sure if its worth it if its just the same 14 tracks.

I rewatched the film several times, and there's several score tracks missing, including some Axel F Renditions.

"Axel's Return" is not in the film, its on the end credits only and strangely edited and shortened.

"Axel F" Cunrow & Harding "Remix" is also not in the film or end credits, its only on the digital release, not sure why its even here if its not in the film?

Snowplow chase is very well done, they used the same drums from Shakedown which makes the transition to Shakedown seamless.
Mansion shootout is good, but looks like its missing the end score from film.

I also noticed a lot of the percussion, drums are very dry and virtually no reverb, and in one track the hi hats sound incredibly cheap sounding, especially on the attempts to replicate Faltermeyer's Part 2 score themes.

Also, the video of them showing how they did the entire score with an orchestra and some old hardware synthesizers is unintentionally hilarious and makes it look a bit pompous, as Faltermeyer and Keith Forsey literally made the original entire scores by themselves with just some drum machines, and synthesizers, and their sound and production quality is still not matched.

Overall, a good score but certainly not on the level of Faltermeyer.

Haven't seen the film yet. Want to rewatch the old ones first. But I've listened to the album, and it's GREAT (save for maybe a track or two). Beautiful length, which adds enormously to the listenability of the album. Wonderful renditions of the Faltermeyer material. One of the year's highlights, this.

I know… anxiously awaiting it to see if there’s more music. Wonder what the hold up is.. might hurt sales because the excitement around the films release will die down.

Good Lord! That's a lot of signing. Looks like thousands stacked up.

Also, do my eyes see digipacks?
