It's absurd to even say but I think the only way to awaken Taylor White from his slumber is for backers to report the campaign for fraud (at the bottom of the Campaign tab). It's the only thing that gets his attention. But even then, what's the point? He'll just temporize and say everything's under control when it clearly isn't. The silence is a lot more honest than anything he would post in an update.
Since this has ben published as pdf, I wonder if it's possible (or even likely) that the book will go into public domain before it actually gets printed.

At this point, I think I'd rather have the money back and just pay some nominal fee for the PDF. Life is too short to worry about fictional release dates.
