@ Mr. steffromuk: Boris Midney?
Yes! Why not? I'm a sucker for disco covers of movie scores.
We all have our stains, and I'm not even ashamed wink

UNWATCHABLE movie, but Silvestri's score is aces (the Nostalgia Critic even said how cool it was in his recent "First Viewing" video for the film)

Me neither! until I came across this record at Amoeba yesterday.
I had no idea what to expect, and to be honest, I was getting ready to be disappointed. But his version of Yoda's Theme, Imperial March, Han & Leia's love theme and the main title aren't unpleasant and not as cheap as I anticipated.

Ah Amoeba! Great store! I've been at their L.A. location every single time I visited sunny California.

Interesting info about Midney. Do you know if this particular recording is available as a download?

@ Mr. Jack: Agreed. Fine, energetic score. One of my favorites of the 2000s by the composer.

You're listening to all of those at once? Must be noisy.

Contrapuntal +, I'd say.

DEEPSTAR SIX - music by Harry MANFREDINI

The first wave of 1989 "underwater" pictures and what a massive stinker it was. Great score though.

Thanks again to Mr. FunkyMonkeyJavaJunky for procuring me a sealed copy.
