I emailed Varese (aka Craft Recordings), here's what "Misty" said:
"Thank you for your support and for your patience. Your order has been transferred to our shipping program and is processing, it has not shipped quite yet but will ship soon! Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to the email provided at checkout. Thank you, and hope you have a great day!"
I then asked for a more specific day/time to which "Misty" replied:
"We apologize for the delay with your order. We have recently acquired this store and with that comes a transition period. Our team is working very diligently at getting all orders shipped out as soon as they can. Unfortunately, I do not have an estimated time of shipping to give you. I do apologize for that. Please rest assured that our team will get your order shipped as quickly as they can. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to the email provided at checkout. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Thank you, and hope you have a great day!"
I emailed VS the other day and asked if that stupid shirt was holding up my order because others on this board who ordered AFTER me have already received theirs (and it’s been over a month). I got the same shitty, canned response from “Misty” about the team working diligently, blah, blah, blah…. No clarification about the T-shirt. It’s my own damn fault. I own too many T-shirts as is, and this is probably God’s way of telling me I shouldn’t have ordered another one.

I received mine this week. What a score and it sounds great. Laid on the couch with my eyes closed just taking it in. It was made even more special knowing that I will be on a plane tomorrow to go see my Alma Mater UNLV take on Notre Dame in that historic stadium!
