Ordered on Dec. 8th '24 and still not received. Didn't realize LLL was so slow. Next time will order elsewhere. You know that LLL don't hand deliver them, right? If your order has been posted, USPS is who you should be angry at. And if your order hasn't been posted yet, and it's not clear why, why don't you message them directly and see if they can help you before you throw a public tantrum? What does your order tracking say?

My order for MR and TMWTGG arrived at Compton on Dec 18th, since then nothing. This is not LLL's fault, all they can do is dispatch parcels to the postal service, whatever happens next is out of their hands and the fact that several parcels containing Bond soundtracks have ceased tracking at the same time and place must be very frustrating for them. I have no doubt that LLL are doing their best to sort out this problem, until its sorted all of us with missing parcels will just have to be patient.

One thing they do can is to write to their coustomer service - as a non-US-citizen i cannot do that because the inquiry they want me to fill wants to know what US state I live in

Ordered on Dec. 8th '24 and still not received. Didn't realize LLL was so slow. Next time will order elsewhere. Once your order is placed you get a confirmation email and thereafter a second confirmation that your order has shipped.lf you failed to receive either of these you should have enquired? LLL has an impeccable service record. This could have been a rare system glitch or human error. Thanks for your answer. Very likely human error or the December mail mess we're accustomed to with USPS (US). I was not having a "Public tantrum" as Woo... " describes. Merely was explaining how found out my order had not been shipped. In no way meant to put down LLL that produces exceptional products. Rather prefer to order from other sources that know me better. I rarely express myself here in spite of daily visiting and reading. Have been with FSM since the beginning and is a wonderful place. Nasty/ idiotic comments don't make the place better. Have a super nice day everyone. Alex

i finally received my order. Great score and i was surprised that a track i was looking for BOTTOMS UP 2 is there. Just a question : I have a boot and it contains LET'S GO GET HEM and they removed the whistle. Why it was not done for this edition ? My first guess: because it was not recorded as an overlay, therefore not easily removable. My second guess: because whatever we might think about how misjudged it was, that's the original music, and who are we to over-rule what the original music was? Bear in mind the bootleggers you are promoting will not have had access to the scoring masters, no matter what lies they tell. If they removed ithe slide whistle, and it really is from the CD track and not a computer-based Midi recreation, they will have done it in ways that over-process the track and make it sound crap. These bootlegs are always, without fail, shoddy products that just rip the original CDs, and add combinations of back-channel DVD rips, Silva Screen versions, and computer based midi recreations, and lie that it's the original music. One guy even got angry at La-La Land because his bootleg of Moonraker had music that was not on the LLL CD, such as the "Moonraker Overture" (an Erich Kunzel track) and "Corinne's Theme" which was a rip of the title track from The Beyondness of Things. Talk about taking the p—. These bootleggers are there to exploit the simple and the gullible. The only reason I'm even commenting is so that everyone knows to take their crappy bootlegs, if they bought them, ditch them, and buy the one and only proper release of this music. Cheers

People must be a finite moron to buy these bootlegs burnt at home on PC burners with the covers printed on an inkjet printer. Well, business is booming if the world is full of such idiots.

Two thoughts about the slide whistle: 1) It works in the film, a silly sound for a silly stunt. 2) What makes JB's Moore/Bond scores special is that he wrote more serious music than what was happening on screen, giving the films a much-needed dramatic boost. The slide whistle might have been the only time he just scored a scene for what it was worth. That's why I don't like the slide whistle.

You have absolutely, absolutely no idea, how much work that was. Months for planning and performing the best car stunt ever seen in a movie.
