Will the helmet be wider to accommodate the ears?

I always thought they could have liven up the conference room with some scenic paintings of Endor or something.

Very good point! And that table could use something to make it less bland - a vase of flowers maybe. Or perhaps the Imperial officers could all have their lucky Gonks in front of them.

I'm sensing a bit of a black theme going on here with the interior design.

What happens during a power cut when those pesky Rebels attack? Makes it even more difficult to see in the dark.

Hmmm, methinks the decorators lacked a bit of foresight and common sense... off to the trash compactor with them!

I'd be a little more particular about the "foul stench" on board. That garbage compactor has a lot to answer for!

I finally figured out what that globe in the center of the table does. It's a futuristic reverse disco ball!

On top of each other, then, I presume.

Yep, on top of each other, then separated by CGI. Look out for the one with the long nose.

(I'll be showing my nerd level here but...)

Something I always laughed at is that the centerpiece on that table is a droid used earlier during the Sandcrawler sequences.

Later on, Lucasfilm / Lucasarts / Lucas Licensing / Whatever decided to say that the droid was some sort of out of date mine-layer droid.

And why would you keep that on your conference desk?

Well I never notice that before. But if it is a droid (or part of one) that would explain why the bloody thing keeps moving about in between shots!

Actually the continuity in the Death Star's conference room scenes has always bothered me - Tarkin's chair keeps changing from normal (like the other officers have) to a high-backed one.

Heh. The other Bond! Little known fact.

Fact!
