Gleason also covered Arthur Morton's main title to the shortlived "Bus Stop" television series on the "Moonlight, Candlelight And Kisses" album, though I'm not sure if it was ever reissued on C.D..
Gleason also wrote a ballet for TV called TAWNY. The music isn't melancholy at all and is superb. It's available on one of the Gleason CDs. I've wanted to see the ballet for a long time. It's described on the Paley Center website.
It's that time of year, when even South Florida's weather cools down a bit. It's also the time of year when I break out the Gleasonian Orchestral Melancholia, which was such a hit thread in 2017.
I've always admired the story of Gleason purchasing a liquor license, so that he could serve himself Jack Daniel's whiskey from his golf cart.
Much better story. Nixon took him to Homestead Air Force Baseand showed him the two aliens captured and under tight security. His wife confirmed this and Gleason never denied it. True story. Brm

Updated.
I saw an old front page of some tabloid like the kind you might have written for had you actually been published.
I require my sources be from "news I can trust", like CNN.
