Good God, Charles, I just read this and I hope you are making out okay. The fact that this was caused by someone to whom you went for help is an absolutely infuriating disgrace. I don't know what options are open to you to seek damages or restitution (and I realize that just seeking relief from pain is the immediate concern), but I am so hoping that down the road you can get SOME kind of compensation. I am sending the most positive vibes I can.

Just wanted you to know that Charles is extremely ill and is presently being looked after by his wife, Stefani, right now. He could probably use some positive words of encouragement during this most difficult time, as he's been through so very much. His love of classic sci-fi music is probably as great as anyone else on this Earth!
