I just came across this by pure coincidence last night on YouTube. Apparently DC Fontana was involved in the restoration of the original 50's Time Machine prop.
If.i.were a.millionaire I would buy that.

Well, 40 if you go by the CD release....
Wish I liked it as much as you did
Some of it is nostalgia, I admit, I was 7 or 8 when I first saw it, but as an adult, some of the stories do hold up and - for Saturday morning - they have a very high level of sophistication. The first season is generally better, as Fontana left after that.
However, some episodes were really pretty dire or lifeless.

The Marshall Ignorance!
Dude it has a complex soundtrack with a variety of themes. The music is seriously iconic. Better than many live action television soundtracks and certainly better than most mainstream motion picture scores nowadays. If only we had it in pristine stereo, hell I'd be satisfied with pristine mono.

There are a few library cues that are tracked into every episode.
Over and over.
Like.alot of shows do (RIFLEMAN, SAINT).
