18 off that over. I love Plunkett, he can do no wrong in my eyes.

Good start for India - 53/0 after 11 overs. They’ll need to accelerate beyond 4.6 per over but a good foundation is being laid. Zampa not at his best in his first over.

Worth pointing out that Australia successfully chased 359 against India in Chandigarh in March - without Smith and Warner - so this could be fun.

Four times this World Cup the ball has hit the stumps and the bails have not come off. Just happened again! Warner played on and it hit the stumps hard!

Warner out, 56 off 84 balls. His slowest 50.

Crap start for South Africa against WI, 29-2 after 7.3 overs, but the rain has spared them from further early embarrassment.

Need to be out on the field by 5pm UK time for 20 overs a side.

Abandoned. A point apiece.

Pakistan collapsed and lost an exciting match with Australia. They should have won that really. It was in their hands. Australia earlier lost six wickets for a mere 30 runs.

India vs NZ abandoned due to rain. Fourth match. This WC is becoming a washout.

England bowled out the Windies for 212 in 45 overs, but they have lost Roy and Morgan to injury. With Windies' furious pace bowling this could be a tricky chase.

Bangladesh just gave the Windies bowlers a good thrashing. Curtly Ambrose is not a happy bunny.

To think I put them favourites! Oops.

One of the truly great England innings today. Eoin Morgan knocked a record 17 sixes in a ODI (previous record 16, tied between Rohit Sharma and AB de Villiers). Took them to 397. Also the most sixes in a ODI innings (25).

Whatever treatment Morgan took for his backspasm worked wonders!

England suffer shock loss to Sri Lanka. Is Morgan a flat track bully? Three bloody hard games left and we might well not make the top four for the semis...

Game like the Champions Trophy semi final two years ago. Vs Pakistan in Cardiff. We lost that too. England have learnt nothing since then.
