I had a day out in Oxford today (I bought the train tickets last week, only £13 return from London if bought early), I hoped the weather would be nice, but this was too nice, very hot. The train journey was nice with the air conditioning, but Oxford was bloody hot, I got home about 17.30, & luckily had a bottle 0f Beaujolais in the fridge (thank you Lidl). Looking at the news, Paris was worse.
