Was it delicious?

Almostsmile The slice is nice enough. But the leek slices with a sprinkle of cajun spice topped with a little cheese was the winner, very nice. You have to be careful you don't do the leek to long or it looks like mine. Still nice, tho' nil point for presentation.

There's a method to my madness in buying so much sausage. It goes great with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. All that sausage grease adds to the deliciousness. smile

I turned my color back on to make sure I was seeing right. Is that Lake Mozzarella?

I'm a cheeseholic yet that much cheese makes me nauseous!

Here's the breakdown....

First, start with 3 links of hot Italian sausage (bought at half price, of course)

Shred and fry

Spread on a plate

Add 8 oz. of shredded mozzarella and 2 oz. of shredded cheddar for ten oz. total cheeses (also bought on sale)

Put in microwave for several minutes to melt cheese

All that calcium keeps my bones and teeth healthy. smile

I'd eat that, Adam. Perhaps with slightly less cheese, though. smile

Kidney - something you don’t tend to see much of nowadays, to my chagrin.

We ( i.e. pop & moi) like kidney now and then. Particularly nice for breakfast with other bits.
