Why didn't the Empire install backup generators in the Death Star and Clone Soldiers so they could continue to function if/ when the Rebels inevitably shut down their off planet power source.

Can you prove that? 'cause a couple weeks ago I saw they now sell Lucky Charms marshmallows*. They're not like the ones in the box, but fluffy big ones like regular marshmallows and for all you know, I bought and consumed one. Huh, take that. ;-)
