Cool, Josh! I'll never forget my 2012 San Fransisco get-together with riotengine, Basil Wrathbone, Bruce Marshall, Michael Scorefan and DavidinBerkeley. What a group! I have a photo too, but suppose I shouldn't share without consent.

What about xebec/Oblinco/Oblicno/Orinoco Flow? I seem to recall that he had suffered a brain injury (which would explain although not excuse why he lived in Canadia and supported Bolton FC). He was is(?) a fine chap with a dry sense of humor.

It "concerns" me when this thread drops. It's as though most FSMers don't care what happened to their fellow film score consumers.

How about Mark Ford? He was one of those rare FSMers who loved Sinatra's music (along with MusicMad and yours truly). I know he resurfaced briefly after his tawdry divorce...it was in all the tabloids...so I hope he's living large and happily.

Funny you should mention Bolton Bob - he’s on a rare trip excanadia and I’m putting a team together to join him for a few drinks this Wednesday. I’ve never properly lost touch with him in the nearly two decades since he lost his mind.

The Elmer thread overleaf reminded me that I haven’t seen Urs around much that I recall. Or maybe I’ve just been unlucky.

Haven't seen vinylscrubber in a while. I got several CD-Rs from him in the early 2000s. His friend, Dana Wilcox (also another longtimer) hasn't been around much either. Or maybe they just don't frequent the same threads I do.

Vinylscrubber is a prince of a man. He sent me a CD-R of Morton Stevens' Hawaii Five-O long before the FSM release came into being.

Did mark ford change his moniker?
Seem to recall someone outing his new name.
But, equally, i have an iffy memory n could easily be getting him mixed up

I seem to recall Mark making a brief comeback on the board as recently as earlier this year, but I could be mistaken, and I don't remember which thread(s) he may have posted in. I'm pretty sure he never changed his username, though.

I'm still friends with him on a$$book, and he recently mentioned on the Intrada page his intention to attend this year's Fans of Film Music event, so if you're in the L.A. area that weekend and want someone to sip colorful, fruity cocktails with, Mark's your guy.

I'm looking forward to finally meeting IN PERSON Xeb-Ob on Wednesday, during TG's Great North Western Mini OST Raid, as well as re-teaming with some other movie-buff pals.
This Wednesday, in a pub, somewhere DEEP in the heart* of Manchester, FSMers will gather (Me, TG, Ob, Big Jim, Roy-Don, Les Jep) to drink and chat and...take the pi$$ out of other FSMers big grin
And The Human Adventure Is Just Beginning.

* has Manchester even GOT a heart?

Sounds great, I'm envious. Give my regards to TG and the others, and we demand PICTURES or it didn't happen. Or at the very least a report.
