Well, I feel like we've been down this road before with a promise of the release of this music, but without any results... I'm going to remain cautiously optimistic, as always, since music from the TF and JOE animated series are among my lingering holy grails of TV music to own.

Hasn't LLL been alluding to 2 upcoming major TV projects (Mission Impossible obviously one)?

What would be the connecting thread on these, Hasbro animated? Boy, the golden agers are going to be pissed!

Could you post a link to this please? I can't find the Facebook page (unless it was posted on Rob's personal profile)?

Personal page a few days ago. I thought people would jump on this news earlier, but no one did.

OMG I hope this is true. If so I wonder if the songs from G.I. Joe will be included? Well all I can think of is "Cold Slither...."

Well unless the good folks @ LLL can confirm this then yes I will say "Yo Joe," and umm "Transform and roll out."

wink

What a Pity!
The MOTU cd is great...
Hope for a similar quality issue from other labels...

Boy, the golden agers are going to be pissed!

Only the morons who think every CD should be made just for them. I'm not sure that particular brand of idiocy is limited to any particular age of fan.

I guess I should clarify my so-called joke and unfunny it - the GA gang have been
awfully vocal lately about lack of attention. I thought I read somewhere on the board
"they" were "expecting" some Golden TV set, but maybe I was thinking of the recent
Frank Skinner show.

So no offense to GA'ers - there's room for Earl Hagen & Shuki Levy in the world, right?
And for the record your honor, I have a stack of Rozsa & North I've been enjoying all week.....

There was a "Transformers" track on YouTube taken from the show that featured a beautiful string take on the theme song.

I never watched the show, but if that track appears on this forthcoming release, it'd be a day-one purchase, for sure.

Have you a link? Couldn't find his page.

Good news, but I'm surprised it isn't La La Land. The Transformers release would have been a boxset, surely. Intrada doesn't do box sets and Varese don't do this sort of genre so who else could it be?

All I know is that there has been a lot of call for these soundtracks on this site. They come up in most Holy Grail threads. It would only make sense that SOME producer heard us. After all, that is why we got Predator 2.
