That one is not on the current Danger Zone page, and appears to still be for sale in the main store. Still, not a bad idea to get it while the getting's good! smile

So, we've moved from while interest remains, to bi-monthly date-specific discontinuation notices that at least two titles appear to have never been mentioned in advance, to now: When is it going away? Guess!

Speaking of which, the Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey expansion is marked as sold out... I don't believe any advance notice was ever given for that title...

Sucks for those of us who missed it, but not for the label...

That's exactly why we're trying this so a title won't just disappear unnoticed. It doesn't replace the two week notice we give on select titles. Justin seems to think we're now providing too much information, but we felt this helps people plan better. And I wish I could tell you that Tom Milner will purchase the last copy of Blow Out at 3:12 pm pacific on Feb 12th, but my forecasting skills aren't that good.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about missing that title by any means. I bought it before it sold out and I thought I'd give everyone else a note that it was gone before this page was set up. I completely understand the rationale behind doing this, and it certainly makes *me* plan better. smile I'll be making another order soon because of it.

Between this, the loyalty rewards program, and the recent $3 off coupons on select titles you guys go above and beyond to inform the customers and give them great incentives to order via Intrada and I can't thank you enough for it.

Where I come from, discontinued albums end up in the cutout bin. Let us know when these are marked down.

CHEYENNE AUTUMN (2CD)
Alex North
Price: $29.99

Can't see this one listed :

I guees this was an error in the first place they've now corrected.

Incidentally, I find this Danger Zone category being a VERY GOOD idea !

Also wanted to chime in that I noticed that the amount of CDs in the "One of a Kind" section has really ballooned!

There's just over 350 items in there, and a lot of gems I might add. So if you're looking at the danger zone, don't forget to take a peek!

I was also surprised that Homeward Bound was gone so fast - I missed out, but I'm sure the good ol' reliable FSM Trading Post will hook me up in a year or two. big grin

Seems to me if you want something Intrada or any other label is selling, then you should buy it, rather than complain about missing out when it gets deleted after being available for months or years. But that's just me :-)

Lol, I guess "Low Quantity Zone" would be too boringly explanatory. I wonder if they'll make a "Nuclear Option Zone" when there's only one title left. And a "Loading Zone" for discounted poor selling titles. And...

I LOVE the idea! Thanks Intrada for giving us a heads up on the low quantity list. Always loved how LLL handled this and I think this is a great idea. If its listed on the low quantity, buy it!

Of course some titles could still be available from third party vendor's too.
Suggestion time, pick up Candleshoe. You can't go wrong with Ron Goodwin. wink

Ordered Killing Season and Return to the Blue Lagoon (before it got removed from the Danger Zone page). Kind of irked to be spending that much on soundtracks right now, especially since Return was apparently miscategorized. Oh well. At least it's good music.

I'm surprised "The Car" lasted this long. Great score.
