Under Mr. Marshall posting etiquette they should be able to make four in a row.

Don't we have, like, 4 theads about this? I tried to stop them, Thor. God knows I tried.

Don't we have, like, 4 theads about this? Let's go for 5, you know you want to. Besides, this is a great NEW score. How rare is that?

This is an enjoyable score. I like Richter and this continues in his familiar style. The mastering job of what I heard on Spotify is sadly not very good. The percussion sounds really distorted sometimes, and I assume it's not an artistic decision. I'd buy the 24 bit version on 7Digital if I knew it had more dynamic range and no distortion, but it's probably the same compromised sound that just takes up more disk space.

Richter's work has never really gelled for me...but the samples sound pretty good (although, I agree with a previous poster...there is something weird going on with the sound quality).

I have listened to dozens of Deutsche Grammophon records that sound fine on Spotify. Not audiophile transparent without artifacts, but fine. This is not a "streaming music" problem, this is a problem with a lousy master that contains distortion. I have a literal wall of CDs already. I really don't have a way to store any more.

Well, I listened to the whole. What a boring forgettable score, and deeply inferior score when you consider Barry's original effort. Should be right up Thor's alley.
