Almost 20 years worth of FSM threads, and none of them (that I can see) have Usuelli as the subject header.
I was planning to create this thread on La Rivoluzione Sessuale released on Beat Records in 2018, but let this be a thread on anything by Usuelli.
Usuelli's score for this 1968 flick doesn't sound similar to any other Usuelli albums I have gotten in the past.
Indeed, it doesn't even sound indicative of this film's poster art or title.
Most tracks are in 'classical'/consonant modes.
Any other thoughts or input out there on this soundtrack?

Hi Zardoz, I have everything of his output on CD with the exception of this score. I do love his music, especially Alla Ricerca Del Piacere. My least favourite is Saul e David, but I managed to pick up a copy of that for just £3 so I didnt mind. I have listened to a track from La rivoluzione sessuale on youtube a number of times over the last year, and I do like it.....I cant quite put my finger on what it reminds me of, I thought Daughters of Darkness, at first, but I am not sure it is that...

The songs and cues with vocal parts within La Rivoluzione sessuale sound as though they are from 1968, but most of the instrumental tracks could be performed by a renaissance consort ensemble. To me, this score sounds like source music for a film set during the French Revolution - not a baby-boomer sexual revolution.
This approach is very curious, I think. A companion soundtrack might be Georges Delerue's Anne of the Thousand Days rather than Daughter of Darkness which is more expressive and ethnic, IMO.

Have listened to La Rivoluzione Sessuale a number of times don't think I will be playing it again anytime soon.
Yeah - me too. I don't think I'll even bother to rip this CD.

I have four CD's by Usuelli, "Saul e David", "Le schiave esistono ancora", "Strogoff/Udienza" and "Alla Ricerca del Piacere",
The same 4 that I have. Usuelli proves to be very versatile indeed, but La Rivoluzione sessuale - my 5th Usuelli - is very disappointing to me. I feel rather like the Piccioni fan who expects erotica lounge numbers and ... instead ... gets medieval idioms.

All we need now is for someone to release it on cd. 
My advice: Just type in the name “Usuelli” under “Keyword Search” on this Universal Music Pubishing website. You will then get (fictitious) tracks like “Royal Entrance” or “Phyrric (sic!) Victory” from the PATRIARCHI/GIACOBBE scores and can listen to them in their entirety. Great stuff there:

There are even more tracks from PATRIARCHI/GIACOBBE there like “Armageddon”, “At Harvest”, “The FInal Assault” , “Dark Battalions”, “Wildflower Delight” and “Noble Knights” – all of them can be listened to in their entirety!
All these tracks can of course also be found on some of the CDs of the BPM Score Music Series which contained soundtrack material from the Italian RCA vaults.

As I had written above this is an excellent and powerful symphonic work for which Usuelli and Marinuzzi had a large orchestra and choir at their disposal. In fact, we are talking here not about one, but about two films made in 1963 which dealt with various biblical episodes from the Creation of Man to the story of Jacob and Esau. The first film I PATRIARCHI DELLA BIBBIA ends with Abraham´s sacrifice of his son Isaac and the second one GIACOBBE L´UOMO CHE LOTTÒ CON DIO has the Jacob story at its center. Both films together had a duration of about three hours, but offcially they are more or less unavailable nowadays as Dino de Laurentiis bought them up in 1964 and withdrew them from cinemas as they were a business competition to his own planned THE BIBLE movie at that time. Then during the 70s a short version with the GIACOBBE title with not much more than about 80 minutes turned up which can also be seen on Youtube nowadays - but it only features some highlights from both films and many sequences are missing in this version.
Now what is on the GIACOBBE digital download by GDM are tracks from both films: Tracks 1-6 come from PATRIARCHI and tracks 7-12 from GIACOBBE. So the info that only tracks from GIACOBBE would be on this digital download is a bit wrong.
Also several tracks are missing here which were formerly available both on a few RCA SP library LPs around 1970 and on the BPM Score Music Series CDs which can be listened to on the Universal Production Music website.
The former RCA SP LPs also gave correct composer credits for each used track. So it seems that Marinuzzi for example scored the parts concerning "The Great Flood" (track 4 on the GDM download) and the Rescue of Noah´s Ark (missing on the GDM download). Also some pastoral passages which appear during the Jacob story seem to be by Marinuzzi.
Usuelli is credited for a few more aggressive dramatic parts like the Building of Noah´s Ark (not on the download) or even for the exciting main theme (for example track 5 on the download).
All the 12 tracks from the download are in the meantime also available on Youtube and can be listened to there by everyone.
This is really a great score which would deserve an official CD release, but I am afraid that this won´t happen anymore.

Just listening to the score on YouTube thanks for the information Stefan / Chriss it sounds great if it ever turns up on CD I hope it is the Complete score.
You can listen to more complete tracks of the score which are not on the GDM download on the Univeral Music Publishing website by entering either the name "Marinuzzi" or "Usuelli" there:

You will then find these additional tracks (of course with fictitious titles):
- "Dark Battalions" with 1:22 minutes (on BPM 3022 CD): This is the music for the building of Noah´s Ark (a longer version with 2:15 minutes was formerly on one of the RCA SP library LPs with the title "Barbaresca"). This music should appear on the download after track 3.
- "Wildflower Delight" with 1:45 minutes (on BPM 3025 CD): This is the music for the rescue of Noah´s Ark (again a longer version with 3:22 minutes with the title "La grande pianura" can be found on one of the RCA library LPs) and should appear on the download after track 4.
- "Noble Knights" with 0:58 minutes (on RCAL 1018 CD): This is the music which appears directly after "Wildflower Delight" in the PATRIARCHI film.
- "The Final Assault" with 1:47 minutes (on BPM 3014 CD): This is a musical action sequence near the end of the GIACOBBE film where Esau´s warriors try to attack Jacob and his men. Should appear on the download after track 12.
- "Phyrric Victory" with 1:49 minutes (on BPM 3014 CD): This is the Finale of the GIACOBBE film with another heroic version of the main theme and should of course be the last track of the download.
