In a last minute change we are swapping release dates. Next Tuesday instead of The Sentinel coming out it will Quinn Martin Collection Vol 1. THE SENTINEL will now come out on May 14
Like any good Columbo fan I love me some Gil Melle... but I'd be lyin' if I said I wasn't happy to be getting Quinn Martin Vol. 1 sooner. Of course you had me at Jerry Goldsmith's Barnaby Jones, but throw those other talented composers like Broughton and Shire into the mix and I'm over the moon! Day 1 purchase.

Aw, why not release them together? Btw, Varese mentioned the last major USA CD factory closing. Will that effect LLL's release schedule, prices, etc?
There is always one, however as you ask, yes. Going from previous years I recall prices and track lists were announced a week earlier.
Price is $24.98
Track list usually went out in the email blast the night before so I wouldn't have to listen to the whines and complaints a week in advance and have all the hard work people put into these releases shat upon before anyone even had the CD. You know, typical internet behavior. ??

As always, thank you MV for the advance price details, it always helps to allow people like me to budget in advance.

Eminently reasonable! We are a sorry lot, but we wear that with pride. Remember, your job is to work hard and make great stuff, and our job is to whine and kvetch, but then to go ahead and order the damn thing anyway. A beautiful relationship, I would say. I'm really pumped about the QM set -- can't wait!!!
Is this a one disc or two disc? It sounds awfully cheap for a two disc set?
Three
Its 2 disc - being honest, I'm cool whatever's on QM these projects aren't easy, we can't just pick & choose even though I'd love too MV would too - I'm buying this solely for future tv work.
Oh I'm sure that this Queen Martin CD will be good and I'll probably even buy it, but pushing back THE SENTINEL until next month, when I've been waiting for it since 1977, is absolutely unforgivable and disgusting and I'm now going to throw all my LaLaLand CDs in the bin or trash can, just as I did with all my Frank Sinatra LPs in about 1994 or something when I already had tickets for his concert in Glasgow but he disgustingly and unforgivably cancelled at the last moment because he died.
