Hands down the "The Terminator" (the latest edition, not the "definitive" one) for me.
Lots of great and imaginative sounds for its time, and the previously hardly bearable synch issues between the synth and drum machine set-ups were (mostly) corrected, thanks god. But it's essential to add the "Terminator Theme" and "Future Remembered" tracks from the original album release to the program. None of the later released versions come close to these, imho.
A close second place is "The Serpent And The Rainbow" - a brilliant score as well (though, if i remember correctly, it integrated lots of sounds from the previous - rejected - scores from different composers, including Charles Bernstein). Correct me if i'm wrong there...
"Fright Night" is a score which is loved all around, but i fail to comprehend why. I love "Come To Me" (the instrumental version of course), but the rest always had this very cheesy and dated "simple synth doodling" character for me. But hey, tastes are different and that's great!

The three rejected scores built upon each other, but Fiedel did an entirely new score.

A lot of his stuff I haven't heard, but I like some of his mid 80s stuff like FRIGHT NIGHT, LET'S GET HARRY and NOWHERE TO HIDE.
