When Tadlow Music will release the cd of "King of kings". People who have subscribed have received it in august, 2020. The release for public was in september, and we are two months later.
It's not threads that matters. What matters is having KING OF KINGS available to the general public before Christmas. Tadlow has always been good in the past with public relations. I am hoping someone there will be allowed to respond.
I supported the Kickstarter. Anyone who is now so anxious for this release should have supported the Kickstarter and you would have received it by now.

I am not going to lose any sleep over it. Tadlow can keep us in the dark for as long as they like. Plenty of other new (and past) releases to purchase, and enjoy. Ultreia!
...and Yesterday the UK posted over 500 deaths from Covid and in the US it was over 1800.
Why can't we all get what we want, and get it NOW!!!
But while you all wait (I participated from the get-go) you can occupy yourselves with the weekly FSM chat which this week is tomorrow (evening in the UK, if you avoid the corpses). Look for Stephen Woolston's post for details of registering. One of the attendees takes great pride in being able to produce an actual copy of almost any CD title you can name in seconds. Certainly including King of Kings. I've gotten quite attached to our trusty band of collectors.

That just might be what Tadlow is thinking.
I doubt that. For Tadlow's delay to be driven by pique would stop more money coming in, and I don't think the crowd funding will have provided a full return on the original investment. I just hope that the problem doesn't involve James' health issues.
Tadlow makes cd's for sale, not for an elite that automatically agrees for kicktarter. .
What the hell makes anyone who contributed to the kickstarter 'elite'?
Yes it's true we got it a while ago.....and? We ALSO payed more than it'll cost everyone else. Between the pandemic and James's health there's probably a good reason it hasn't seen a general release yet. Sure it'd be nice to know why but it's not as if the it'll never happen.
and I don't think the crowd funding will have provided a full return on the original investment.
We already know that isn't the case. I think it covered maybe 75% of it (if that, when you consider Kickstarter fees and prices of any extras), and that was all said and done, not the minimum they wanted.
Have you forgotten that the Moonraker kickstarter never have a conclusion and the cd was not recorded.
That was cancelled before any Kickstarter supporters had to pay money.
It's the middle of a pandemic. Tadlow got the King of Kings product out to those who supported it. I am sure James is interested in recouping some more of his costs, so just hang tight. It was always clear that the Kickstarter supporters would get the product first, so maybe that's a lesson for any future crowd-funded releases for the impatient fans among us.
I must agree that the delay is frustrating. As the recording is now complete and has been sent to those who contributed financially I cannot understand why there is a delay. I have every sympathy with Mr Fitzpatrick's health issues as I have similar issues myself but as I say the recording is complete and packaged so surely there are enough employees at Tadlow to commence distribution even if Mr Fitzpatrick is unwell. If he is unwell surely there is all the more reason to distribute the recording in order to take the pressure off him.
