I've never ordered from them before, how are they?
I've ordered from them many times. They are fantastic - if something isn't in stock, they'll go to the ends of the earth to find a copy. In one instance, they couldn't - but they found a used one and offered it up for less cost. They love the music they sell and are very upfront, polite, and professional. I live in Canada, so customs charges are a given.
I haven't ordered from them in years, but all my orders with them were fulfilled to my satisfaction. I never had any complaints. I got the 50th Anniversary set of the complete Godzilla scores and the two big boxes of Takemitsu's extant film scores from them as well as a few other things.
Another question, do they send email confirmations and ship 24 hours a day or just the regular 8 hour work period?
When you place an order- they will send you a confirmation if the item is in stock etc and then mail it to you- everything is superbly communicated.
I placed an order on Saturday and got an order confirmation right away but still have not received an in stock email yet, should I get one if it's in stock or not?
