Hopefully I can post this here without getting blocked, but here's a quick update. We've got various things slowly going through approval, so not sure exactly next release dates...but here's composer line up in no particular order for the rest of the year (I'm sure something will slip to January!): Chattaway, Goldsmith, Beal, Poledouris, Silvestri.

Conan

Yeah, I’d be very surprised if the Poledouris was not Conan the Destroyer.

Breaking a repost elsewhere rule, but...it's important to me:

PLEASE PLEASE be a "right " Terror in the Aisles including the finale cue just before the End Title that Ford missed and snarkily shrugged off as 'whatever', found electronic overlays, ditching of a section of a cue that is repeated, in mono, right after playing prior.... in stereo

I know Beal just supplied his material, Ford dumped it on disc, no one checked it, but....that project is passionate to me, some of the most aggressive & entertaining symphonic horror smorgasbord scoring ever written. Like a Salter-Skinner piece for the 80s. Doug Timm may have written that final montage, hence it's MIA....sure feels like Beal though.

Praying that's the one!!!!!

Could Silvestri finally be The Polar Express?

The movie just hit 4K UHD, so it's a good bet.

Goldsmith... perhaps the next in their series of hi-res updates of their early Excalibur recordings (after hi-res versions of Julius Caesar and Ivanhoe and Rio Conchos)... maybe "Islands in the Stream"?

I prefer to think they'll have some new releases instead of reissuing their own re-recordings a la Silva Screen compilations...

Intrada's re-recordings should always be in-print/re-issued.

On reflection, there's no reason we can't have both. smile

How about alittle less horror and terror. And some classic like Newman (AIRPORT anyone), still plenty of Lalo, Waxman steiner etc. To go around

Goldsmith...I guess a reissue of some sort EXPLORERS..GHOST AND THE DARKNESS or an expansion LEVIATHAN..MOM AND DAD SAVE.....?
Poledouris...CONAN II or AMAZONS or a reissue ?
Silvestri...No idea...is there anything missing? Probably a reissue as well ?
Chattaway...dont know anything by this composer except for his Missing in Action scores which I find all pretty mediocre.

Oh yeah for sure there's tons. Off the top of my head....

-Polar Express (probably 75% of the score?)
-Practical Magic
-The Long Kiss Goodnight
-Sidekicks
-American Anthem
-Super Mario Bros.
-Maid in Manhattan

Not to mention a lot of shorter CDs that could use expansions, such as Mouse Hunt and The Quick and the Dead.

Oh hell, what about all the CHIPs music FSM never released? Heh...

Botnick dropped a hint that there is an expanded Hollow Man coming but perhaps that’s Varese…
