This is one I wish Elfman was scoring.

1989 Elfman - Resounding yes.

2023 Elfman - Not so sure.

Listening to Shazam at the moment. Not at all concerned about Wallfisch scoring The Flash if he does something similar.

I loved his score for Shazam! so I'm excited by this news!

Well..no..Elfman did a great SPIDERMAN....a fantastic BATMAN RETURNS...a landmark BATMAN.But all of his other superheroe scores are not very recognizable and good in my opinion.

I'm excited Keaton is back, he's my favorite Batman, but the film looks too silly for me. But I'm not a big superhero film guy.

That is a much, much better trailer than I was expecting.

Has Ezra Miller seen any court time for their multiple felonies and other crimes against the victims? Warner Bros. really "fixed" this one up really well. I imagine if it plays decently at the box office (people only seem interested in Batman, another sly move by WB marketing) then Miller will attest to the "power of rehab." Then if it is a relative bomb (people only seem interested in Batman, not a positive sign for a movie about another flagship DC character), Miller will likely be blacklisted from Hollywood.

A tale as old as time.

I'm sorry to be so negative about this, but a CGI Michael Keaton Batman flipping around acrobatically in a franchise which has been diagnosed with a studio mandated death knell feels like the nadir of a good time at the movies to me.

I agree. This new trailer looks too much overcranked, with Zach Snyder visuals, and trailer moments signaling the lowest common denominator.

Why does everything have to be about saving „family“ these days? It‘s a desperately overused motivation.

I welcome Keaton back as Batman, and those scenes I will fast forward to. But that’s it.

Thank you!! Seriously, I thought I was the only one absolutely sick of this trope being forced down my throat at every bloody turn.

Blame Disney mentality taking over the world maybe? Yes, family is very important, but enough already.

The Zim-yum-yum-Brahhhmmm take on Elfman's Batman theme brought up some vile in my throat, seeing this thing for the first time tonight.

Well, it's a critical part of the original story they are adapting from the comics.

The point of the story is that you can't change the past and if you do for the even best of reasons, the law of "unintended consequences" comes in and it's a rather tragic story when you get down to it.

it asks the questions "Are one or two lines worth the fate of the world".

Can't wait to see it myself.

Is anyone forcing you to waste your time with this bullshit? I don't think so... but while people keep bitching they'll still go and watch that... so no wonder crap like this keeps getting produced. Blame yourself for supporting this BS in the first place.

I actually blame Vin Diesel. He‘s uttering that motivation in the last few Fast Whatever flicks.Mark Kermode really does a good impression of him saying this.

Yet you still felt the urge to actually watch the trailer...
Just wondering why... It's not like it would include anything from Wallfisch's score...
