Disenchanted with Hollywood, Barbara Bouchet departed from there after 1969 to work in Italian cinema.
Here are some of her early '70s flicks. Please add more, if so inclined.

Le calde notti dI Don Giovanni

Non commettere atti impuri

Finalmente … le mille e una note

Alla ricerca del piacere

Until the Internets I only knew her as the hot babe on Star Trek.

She was the tramp/wife of Kirk Douglas in IN HARM'S WAY and Miss Moneypenny's daughter in the original CASINO ROYALE.

I only remember her from Casino Royale. Checking up on her on IMDB I'm happy to report that she's still with us & doing well, living & working in Italy, she had a small part in Gangs Of New York.

I'm just a reflection of what they are. Decadent, corrupt, lost in the myriad facades of a dying city.

She was quite gorgeous in an obscure Richard Johnson spy film, Danger Route.

Ooo, lovely!

Checking on IMDB I see she was born Barbel Goutscherola on August 15th, 1943 in Liberec, Czechoslovakia, known as Reichenberg, during the German occupation. Her father, Fritz, was a war photographer. They migrated in December 1956 and settled in San Francisco (she speaks English, German and Italian with equal fluency). A bit more interesting than, left collage, went to stage school, got job.

In her unforgettable turn in Star Trek

I'll venture to say that Jimbo still has her on his mind.
