Email me at mxmxpr@gmail.com if you are due a replacement disc. I'll pass it along. Some requests may have slipped through the cracks now that corrected sets are shipping out.

Email me at mxmxpr@gmail.com if you are due a replacement disc. I'll pass it along. Some requests may have slipped through the cracks now that corrected sets are shipping out. Mike, I emailed you on the 13th. Do you know when I might hear something back from Craft? I reached out to Mike as well that same day but haven't heard back yet. Hoping he'll have good news for us soon.

Admittedly, my patience is wearing thin at this point, as well. I'm in the same position as others, where my inquiries with Craft are now going unanswered. Initially, I received a couple of quick, nice responses from them that a replacement disc would be sent out as soon as they had them in hand. But now, nothing. I'm sure there are quite a bit of those replacement discs that need to be mailed out, and these things take time. But I think the frustration comes from the fact that a) replacement discs have been going out since December, b) there is now no communication from Craft providing updates, and c) the corrected disc is readily available within the box sets selling at the moment. Those of us who purchased this set last year when it was first available are still sitting on bad discs, while those who make the purchase today will get the corrected disc. Like others here, I've reached out to Mike, with his gracious offer to reach out to Craft with our information, but we haven't heard back from him either. I can only surmise that he has no new information to offer either. Perhaps he is not getting a response from Craft too. Again, trying my best to be patient, and assume good intent, but a little communication from Craft - even just an update posted to their website - would go a long way to alleviate our frustration.

Their handling of it has not been great, at least communication-wise, but who knows what their personnel situation is like, how many people they have to respond to the likely flood of emails? They did tell me mine would ship out in the next day or two and they'd provide me with a tracking # and email confirmation of shipment, and I received neither a tracking# or email confirmation. That was at least 3 weeks ago, and it's been silence since then. I'm in Canada so shipping and clearing customs will take longer for me, it is entirely possible they sent it and it will arrive soon. They did happen to have the personnel available to add me to their newsletter mailing list though...

So my disc actually arrived yesterday, took about 1 month from the time that Craft emailed and said it would ship in a few days. 4 weeks is really about par for the course, for a single CD shipping from the US to Canada, so I'm not complaining about the time it took at all. I am just glad to have it now!

I've been very busy but just checking in to again say that if you are still due a replacement disc, email me at mxmxpr@gmail.com and I'll pass it along to see that it's handled.

Happy to say that mine arrived yesterday, as well. Glad to finally have the corrected disc. And thanks again, Mike, for staying in touch during your busy schedule to help out, if needed.
