At the moment, the only existing recording of Scott's silent "Robin Hood" score is the live recording Bobbengan uploaded onto YouTube, which is very good quality but probably not good enough to release as is, so it would have to be officially recorded for a legitimate CD release and/or musical option for a possible future blu-ray of the film. Not sure the likelihood of either happening (sounds very expensive, for one), but hope springs eternal.
Is anyone who has the first expanded edition on JOS able to confirm if the added tracks are from the original soundtrack recording or new recordings he did to supplement? I had heard they sounded a bit different. In any event I have preordered because I love that the cover art is going to be in all its glory!
