Thanks Yavar! That's a great point. Perhaps for my next album I will focus on doing something like that. My first two albums are definitely more separate "themes".
Cool! Yes I can understand that approach as well, but seems like it might be more useful to get a gig scoring commercials or trailers or something like that. For film scores whether we're talking Morricone, Williams, or Goldsmith... it's often helpful to have at least one recurring melodic idea which goes through a journey of variation over the course of the score.
