I'm not up on who died when and wouldn't be able to tell you when anyone died, composer-wise, save for Herrmann because it was Christmas Eve, but isn't it weird that last night for no reason whatsoever I pulled out A Gathering of Eagles, Freud, and Lonely are the Brave to hear for the first time since they came out, and that I wrote about Mr. Goldsmith in my daily blog today.
