Shipping Status: STARTS SHIPPING SEPT. 28
https://lalalandrecords.com/stripes-40th-anniversary-limited-edition/ @ Mr. LeBlanc: Thanks, but my question was "has this started shipping?" I received a notice yesterday that claimed that my order was "shipped". I was wondering if that was merely a label or if the CD has actually shipped (ahead of schedule).

You can find out if your order has actually shipped or not by going to their website, clicking "Sign In" and logging in, and then clicking on the order # you have with Stripes in it. The "Shipping Details" area on the right side will have a tracking number if it has actually shipped

I love this film and the score. Can't wait for it to arrive.

The sound quality on this is insanely good, pretty astonished. I have the earlier Varese release, but wasn't expecting this much of an upgrade in the sound quality. You can really feel the bass drum in the military music (which reminds me of Elmer's earlier "Buccaneer" score). Delighted with this release.

Wow, what a bargain. Anybody who can swing that, you'd be a fool not to get it now.

Yes, it is worrisome. It's a fantastic score with a highly memorable theme.

I just got around to listening to this during my annual tagging-and-ripping round-up of this year's new titles. There's more score and much better sound now. Thanks Neil Bulk and the La-La gang!
