To keep our numbers up, we need to recruit. We need ideas, people! How do we start bringing people in? We could argue more. People love to argue. MMC!

I thought there were a billion Zimmer fans? Where are they???? It's the Zimmer forum after all. Most of them have got more sense than to come here only to be called idiots… I don't have to come here to be called a idiot. I can get that at work or at home. But here you're being mocked by a higher class of mope.

Idea: Maybe we need to put some more skin in our publications. Since Film Score Monthly Magazine never had a centerfold, or a swimsuit edition, maybe we could create them.

Idea: Maybe we need to put some more skin in our publications. Since Film Score Monthly Magazine never had a centerfold, or a swimsuit edition, maybe we could create them. Oh, wait, no. We can't have that. Because if we're going to attract women, there'd have to be male FILM SCORE NERD centerfolds, and male FILM SCORE NERD swimsuit models. And neither of those things exists!

Maybe it's not so much that we need to recruit more people to join this forum, but rather, we need to recruit more people to listen to and enjoy film scores. We are a small lot for sure.

Couldn't we just force people to join with the threat of violence? Hmmmm. Coercing people into a forum of peaceful admiration for soundtracks by using force? I like this idea. Where do I sign up?

Why is that important? Are the film-music fans of this forum that low? If you can explain this, maybe you’ll get a better quality of suggestions. Well, it's clear that I failed again to relay my intentions, by forgetting about the emoji option. I thought my suggestions were ludicrous enough, but I should not have ignored the emoji thingy.

Perhaps we could start writing hit songs that promote our lifestyle. Me, I favor an historical approach. Let's write songs 1890's style: "O, Don't Vacuum, Please, Under My Bed, Dear Mother (Cuz You'll Find Things You Don't Want to See)"

The fact is, there is too much complaining and too little holding hands and singing kumbaya. I have always practised holding hands. Unfortunately they are both my own. I am after all a soundtrack fan!

A new app! But what should it do?

A new app! But what should it do? Maybe it could make our smarty-phones tell us if there's a woman within 50 feet listening to golden-age film music on HER smarty-phone.
