Good news on the film score being released.

I just received a Lutyens biography as well as a CD of her chamber music, Jane's Minstrel. After I give it a spin I'll report back.

Perusing the book Lutyens said that horror film audiences were much more receptive to atonality and avant-garde techniques than concert goers.

I suspect that soundtrack fans are exposed to a much wider range of musical styles the many classical concert goers
