Ok, what am I missing? Why are we suddenly resurrecting so many threads from 2001?

How is Howard the author of the thread but Ron is the first person to comment?

Best comment here yet. Inscrutable question in Year of the Rabbit.

Is this thread why the non-music forum was invented?

I was thinking the exact same thing!

Me too. In a time long ago and in a galaxy right here the intimacy was what it was and sometimes, in the midst of all the highfalutin' hot and heavy film music talk, there emerged the simple need of...play. You know, as in "The more complex the mind, the greater the need for the simplicity of play." But then we became fruitful and multiplied, the population exploded, and...another side of the galaxy emerged. And aren't we all better off for it?! roll eyes

Aw c'mon, ot, it's all part of the silver anniversary celebration. Watch the skies, keep watching the skies (esp. in March, speaking of anniversaries)!!

Bumped just for you, Last Child. And there’s a lot of little old ladies—I mean old threads out there just waiting for silver-haired resurrection. Well, a few anyway. Just a few. wink

Most of the time, old threads are bumped up by A.I., not E.T.'s, so the earlier 2001 reference is apt. Spambots are actually fledgling terminators from the future.

As well-known as I am for bumping old threads, I don't think I ever went back this far.

Eh, hang around a place like this a quarter of a century and be thankful to have the pleasure.

Like sands through the litter box, so are the days of our stupid lives.

Made me laugh!
