I will add "The Nanny." They stopped halfway through. It's strange that they didn't get the paperwork right on this one. At that time it would have been just too obvious that a home video release is on the horizon.
The 90s US sitcom Dream On It's that sitcom full of old TV clips, I have the seasons one & two DVD set, but I see it went to six seasons, so four seasons missing.
"Burke's Law." We only got the first season released in beautiful quality and then nothing else of the second season, let alone it's final "Amos Burke Secret Agent" season.
"The Love Boat". Only 4 of 9 seasons released.
"Fantasy Island." Only 3 of 7 seasons released.
"Ironside". Only 4 of 8 seasons released.
"One Step Beyond". Only the first season released.
"The Eleventh Hour" (1962-64). Only the first season released.
"Marcus Welby, M.D." Only 2 of 7 seasons released.
"Room 222". Only 2 of 5 seasons released.
"Alfred Hitchcock Presents." The final half hour season and all "Alfred Hitchcock Hour" seasons unreleased.
Umbrella Entertainment 4 dvd set, blue case, 21 episodes here!
Go get em Jack!
I'm still holding out for a Blu release. I watched an episode recently, and it looked HORRIBLE on my 4K set.
Ahh, gotcha. I've kind of resolved myself to "take what you can get" since much of our beloved media, especially genre blu rays, 4K, have fallen into endless reissue hell...
I suppose the main thing that dictates all this is sales. Seasons 1&2 released to disappointing sales, season 3 released to really poor sales: end of releases.
