Really excited to see what they have in store for us this year! As always, i know what I personally hope for, but I wont bug them about it this year Even if there is nothing from my wishlist its always so nice to see how excited and happy everyone becomes after the announcements! I wholeheartedly endorse this beautiful post. At a time when it should be clear to everyone how difficult the soundtrack CD business has become, one should simply be happy about every CD release. I don't expect a trend reversal. And I have long since realized that I will never have all the soundtracks I hoped for in my lifetime. As a consequence, I no longer wait for any particular soundtrack release. So, since I have no fixed expectations for the next soundtrack releases from our esteemed soundtrack labels, I won't be disappointed anymore ! If there is something for me then, I am all the more happy, if not, I am happy for the others whose dreams have come true. Thus, I am actually always happy and am very satisfied with my life. Every soundtrack release makes my life a little richer, but every non-release does not make my life poorer. I don't know how many more soundtracks that are important for me will be released in the next 10, 15, 20 years. But I know 1000% that I have gotten countless soundtracks in the last 20 years that I never would have thought possible 30 or 40 years ago. So I can only endlessly thank all the people behind the well-known CD labels, and continue to put my trust in them to know what is or is not possible in future soundtrack releases. I am sure they always try to do their best in this more and more difficult business.

This inpires a question: Do your kids ever ask for soundtrack albums for Christmas? God no. They prefer Death Metal MV I am very sorry to hear that. Only consistent and quick action will help. And that is the fastest possible separation from these misguided children! There are certainly countless others here besides me who would like to be adopted. And I can certainly also guarantee in the name of all, that we want every year at Christmas nothing but new soundtrack CDs, soundtrack CDs, soundtrack CDs and nothing but new soundtrack CDs! To be fair, you should show your kids these posts and let them think about the real meaning of life. Maybe they will come to their senses after all and return to the right path of life. Because the only absolutely irrefutable truth about the meaning of life, is confirmed by everyone here like a creed: Intelligent life without film music may be theoretically possible somewhere, somehow in this universe - but the facts of the earthly reality prove 100% that it would be absolutely senseless! ScoreManX, truly you are a wise and benevolent person. I agree with you whole heartedly. These children must be spared from the ravages of hard metal. Perhaps MV can find those one of those re-education centers that they use to get young adults off of drugs, alcohol, and lord forbid. . . country music. I'll be praying for those children this Thanksgiving. --jthree

And look where I am now: Wasting my own kids' futures by spending all my money on film scores. So you see, there is still hope!
