Bill, I got rather bored with the documentary. I lasted about an hour, and I did like it when we saw the actors doing the scripts or when it focused on actors like Emilia Clark. I will probably watch the second hour soon, but I hope it is a bit more interesting. I did find how they did the settings rather interesting.

I know what you mean joanie.
It needed more emilia clarke having her hair done n chatting to camera n being natural and a bit less where the door goes for the extras hut and where they have their smoke breaks - a little further away from the gas tanks!

Joanie, i know i gave you fun stick about crying over theon, but that script-reading scene in the Last Watch where theyre going over the crucial daenerys /jon snow embrace - poor kit harington was in tears wasnt he? And emilia looked very emotional too, like she really felt for him. Ahh. Very touching moment.

Must be sad when youve worked for all those years on a project with the same gang, you become like a family.

This was Kit's reaction to the script reading for those who didn't see it.

Yes, Bill, that was a touching scene. He looked upset and shocked.

I watched the second half, but it too was rather dull. There were a few good scenes. I'd love to see a documentary that shows how so many scenes were filmed.

Recently Jon-Kit Harrington has been on the Internet for having checked in to some kind of a rehab facility. Info was kind of vague. Hinted at personal issues he wanted to work on and possible alcohol issues. Seems very sad.

Probably depressed Joan because instead of spending quality time with his game of thrones family, he gets offered silly shit like Pompeii (which was a hit in parts of Norway)!!! wink

Just saw the final episode. Overall the last season wasn't very good at all. Almost every character arc thudded to a not very exciting end. Cersei and Xmen lady Stark had nothing to do at all the entire season, which was a waste. Bran is just a cabbage of a character.

For some reason after the zombie battle where the horsemen and the greyworm guard were sacrificed, there's now thousands of them alive again. Weird logical flubs added to many moments that didn't make sense in the entire zombie fight.

I think they should have stuck to one hour long episodes structure too. The script seemed to be concentrating on weird moments. A minute on moving chairs, but a weird time-jump after dragon lady is killed. Everything just seemed rushed. but there were acres of time wasted on spectacular nonsensical battles in previous episodes and lots of dead time waiting for the battle to kick off. Too many overlong talky scenes that weren't interesting made me think of a Star Wars prequel. Anyway it's all done now.

Generally a decent and entertaining enough series that fell badly at the last season, which is a shame. Some very nice effects in it.
