I’m back already!
Seriously, I’m embarrassed. I should have just disappeared into the woodwork. (But thanks for the kind comments.)
Please understand, the problem I had with this board was my own. I was the one who couldn’t leave something I considered inaccurate uncommented, who had to answer every insult with a defense, and as some have pointed out, my defenses were rarely concise! During the busiest time of the project that took me away, I read a couple of derisive posts about me on my phone at work, and as I was driving home at 2am, I realized I was thinking up my responses and planning to post them when I got home rather than go to bed!
So getting away was a better plan.
I’m not saying I’m gone for good. Who knows? But the break has been good.
No need to discuss me any further. Please go back to discussing film music, and let this thread die off the main page!

Pretty good advice, really. I find I need to spend time away form Twitter periodically as well. A sort of social media/message board version of Joe Rogan's sober October.
