Series 3 Episode 9 - DOMINO - was way, WAY better than ANY Space Battles/Journeys film I've seen in years. Thrilling stuff from start to finish. I loved the whole debate/issues raised by the 'Death Blossom' weapon that could wipe a race/species out. All capped off with some great, brassy JW-style scoring from Kaska & Debney. I'm gonna be really sad when I've come to the end of this fine show.

Well, if I thought the penultimate S3 episode - Domino - was a major high point, I'm afraid the S3 Finale was one of the worst episodes I've ever sat through. I hated it...from start to finish (well, maybe Malloy's wedding speech and jokey bits were quite fun). What a terrible way to end the series. A complete misfire. I've enjoyed S3 overall, although I preferred the tighter run times of S1 & S2. After years of wishing most episodes of S1 & 2 were a bit longer, when I got my wish, I thought they felt bloated and overlong in S3 (with some exceptions). Cottee and Kaska provided the musical highlights for me in this series, with McNeely and Debney going through their usual temp-copy motions. Strangely, the last episode didn't have any post opening credits credits (the ones that highlight the guest stars and composer, writers, director and such). That was weird (so I only know it was McNeely from reading here). Still, it's easily been the best thing I've watched in ages on TV in this genre and would welcome a series 4, should it come to pass. But they should keep the eps to around 45-55 minutes.

I like a show that's aloud to breath. I'm so tired of movies and television shows running at breakneck speed. The last episode however was to long, boring, stupid and a painful viewing experience. This was the first episode of the season where I thought the morality was f@cked up. Everything from the Moclus forced mating ritual, one your own child witnesses, to Doctor Finn marrying someone who cannot love her back. Though I love McNeely I was disappointed in his contributions this season. .

I love this show and its score. MV, would it be possible to do just a digital release?

That tweet was from almost three months ago. Do we have any way to know if this is still in the works?

Seth is a huge fan of the scoring and it's very important to him. I know MV mentioned they are done trying to release it as it has not sold, but guessing this means someone else picked up the rights which is excellent news for us.

I love this show and its score. MV, would it be possible to do just a digital release? LLL never had digital rights.. They only did the physical versions. 20th Century Records did the digital releases. I see, thank you. A pity, because LLL did stellar work on these releases. It baffles me that they did not sell out immediately.

Searching GEMA confirms McNeely wrote "Arrival On Moclus" Do note that on the physical CD, every track is fine, but on the initial streaming versions that first went online, the contents of tracks 16-19 got mixed up even though the names stayed the same. So listening to track 16 actually plays "Rescuing Pria", even though it was still called "Arrival On Moclus", for example. So if you are listening to a rip of that old streaming version that could explain it. If you are listening to your physical CD, disregard all that.

Thank you, I checked and in fact this is the explanation. I was listening to the old streaming version on the pc (which I did not know was different from the CD that I then bought), and in particular that cue which on the correct version is called "Rescuing Pria", by Jonh Debney, in fact.
