Personally I don't think another cut will fix the problems with it, but who knows? No doubt I'm gonna watch it to see it for myself.
It’s entirely new footage, new plot, new characters, new villain, character development, character arcs, fixed color grading, and thematic continuity. According to Snyder, roughly 25% of the footage in the theatrical version is his. The reshoots are atrocious... you can see terrible green screens and blurry backgrounds in many of the shots because it was hastily slapped together by the studio. The Snyder Cut certainly isn’t going to convince anyone who already hates Man of Steel and BvS, but it WILL fix continuity errors created by the theatrical version. People just need to temper/adjust their expectations accordingly and appreciate it for what it is.

Snyder's color grading is horrible. So fixing the color grading to me means making it worse. And his films have the worst CGI, so fixing green screens shots is an oxymoron. Are they really gonna spend millions to re-shoot the film a third time? Sounds like PR BS to me. But yeah, it will please the Snyder fans no matter what he cobbles together.
