Right now, it's my least favourite weather in the world, and it's been like that for weeks -- enormous amounts of snow, and endless sun without a cloud in the sky. Might sound romantic to some, it's hell to me. I hate snow, but I'd rather have a blizzard than this.

Snow's fine if you're looking through your window.

Nothing worse than pulling a trolly full of mail with snow balls for wheels.

Alas, I sometimes have to venture outside my apartment. big grin

But the irritating thing is that I most often have a home office, and since my apartment is turning east, I get all the sun blocking out anything I want to do on the computer. I basically sit with curtains drawn until about noon, when the sun has passed, like I'm in a cave. True, same problem during summers too, but at least then I can pop out to the balcony now and then.

Long story short - I hate snow & winters, and we have too much of it in Norway.

Well, you can’t help having been born in Norway - I expect you wanted to be close to your mother - but it’s your choice to stay there. There are plenty of countries nearer the equator.

Or “the hot bit” if you’re a flat-earther big grin

Oh, I've thought about it many times; even made attempts that failed. I think if I'd had the money, I would move in a heartbeat. At least for the winters, like old people do, and then move back for the rest of the year (since Norwegian summers are the best in the world, and I like our springs and autumns too).

Give over using foreign measures to make you look hard done by!

I bet you used to be all “I can’t come to work today, my body temperature’s down to 37 degrees…”

I can but only report what the met office said.
If theyd said 34mph i wouldve written that. Lol.

Sparkling sun in Oslo today, as we enter Easter. Still relatively cold, and bits and pieces of snow here and there -- even here in the lowlands -- but good enough weather to have my first outdoor beer on the balcony.

It's is trying to brighten/ warm up. A bit of white cloud clearing away.
Warm enough to sit in the garden with a coat on.

Yup, sunny around London now & forecast sunny & no rain for the next three days, not exactly warm, but mild compared to how it has been.

Sunny, altho still a bit nippy when the sun goes in.

Media does love a grim "snow is coming" story, theyve been running them throughout feb n march and the latest one says late freezing cold front coming in april! Lets see if, like 95% of such stories they run, its bollocks.

Boiling hot, very smokey, everything's on fire. Typical day down south.

It is supposed to be Spring here. It will be 72 degrees on Easter Sunday, but today it snowed. Unbelievable.

It's gone a bit warmer. So much that Morry won't go to bed. So I'm letting him stay up a bit later, if he behaves.

Lovely and sunny. Warmest it's been for a while. I'll have to root out my leopard skin thong, if it continues.

Hope you only post pictures of Morry and not you in that thong.
