ROTFLMFAO

My webmaster is in Hawaii right now and there is that time difference. He put down the 11 am time on accident. lol

Sorry about the confusion. It's coming at 1 pm PST

MV

Well, I think we all know how we can count on you doing exactly what you say you're going to do - so if you say 11 AM but because someone else is on vacation in Hawaii a light week prior to that, you'll just move it on up to 1 PM because that's what you've done now on about, I don't know, eight different occasions, maybe more, including today. Why not just announce this when you said you were going to - at 11 AM? Why move it up so that people who actually had some breathing room that day for a relaxed lunch no longer do - forcing them to make choices between food and a CD. You do great stuff - you have amazing things in the pipeline - but this just feels like bad form, one-upsmanship and a few other words I could say. There's no reason for it and as I've been saying for over a year now, it's all going to come back to bite everyone in the rear end. It already has, as you well know - everyone's always so hungry these days. You came on this board and you said clearly you were releasing this at 11 AM - CLEARLY. And just because someone else is on vacation. Period. The End. In the land I live in those words have meanings. It's a lovely land where people do what they say.

Other than that, this is a stellar release.

I expect i'll pickup batman forever Coz I'm a completist and Space Above and Beyond in part because Lehah has talked my ear off about it over the last decade (much like Slipstream)

Excellent...

I bought this primarily for the John Barry score. I really liked the "The Wisdom of the Ages" theme and was interested in how he would approach this film. The C&C presentation is a bit long, but the score is chock full of nice Barry-isms, and it has a great slam-bang finale, really loving "The Final Act." The bonus tracks on disc 3 are also a treat.

With all that said, I have to admit that I'm enjoying the Michel Colombier score a whole lot more than I was expecting to, albeit for completely different reasons.

I really enjoyed this package.

These four titles were going to be:

Batman Forever Expanded Archival Collection
Forever Young Expanded Archival Collection
Space Above and Beyond (3 cd set)
1941 (2 cd set)

Those titles are still coming -- When? Who knows....but they are in the chute.

Holy Crap! I was just recently thinking "What television series score that has not been released do I really want to see hit?" and the best answer I came up with was Space: Above and Beyond. Love the theme to the show with a passion. That set is so ordered as soon as it is available.
