Anna Nicole Smith has joined a dating agency for the wealthy in order to have more children. Anna Nicole explained, "No one ever asks me out--I don't go out, so if I'm not out no one can ask me. I just want to try, try, try to have more kids." If Anna Nicole wants more kids, I suggest she try the local animal shelter.

Why don't we all ask her SON if Anna should have more kids.

SIS: I would think he's as vacuous as his mother, so I wonder if he really has a clue as to anything, much less a real perspective on life's priorities. By the way, in another post on Anna Nicole, you mentioned that you felt she deserved much of her late husband's estate. I responded, but it was at the very end and perhaps too late. In case you missed it, in all of her late husband's legal papers (his several wills, et al.), he never mentioned giving Anna Nicole any of his estate. His promise to do so was strictly Anna Nicole's claim. Considering she has the credibility of a trailer park in a tornado and her checkered personal history (well documented in the article I emailed you), I agree with the Houston jury that she didn't deserve any of the estate. What happens with the California court may be another story, although a prominent Houston estate attorney not connected with the Anna Nicole trial, said he felt her $88 million California award would be overturned on appeal. If Anna Nicole gets to keep the $88 million and has a lot more kids, she'll at least be able to afford their very own trailer park to accomodate them. You can take the girl out of the trailer park, but you can't take the trailer park out of the girl.....

Thanks for the reminder, Dragon. I remember that you did respond. I must apologize, as I believed that she never received a penny from her late husband.

I have since learned from friends (not reliable sources, but...) that she was given money which has been spent. Nothing saved. If that's the case, I say "enough is enough".

It's not my money, but in all cases (where someone is of sound mind), I firmly stand in my conviction that the deceased wishes should be carried out. If every nutsy court can overturn stuff, why should ANY of us write wills (except to line the lawyers' pockets!)

Unfortunately, it doesn't look as though I'll ever have those kinds of money issues!

SIS: According to Marshall's estate records, Anna Nicole's late husband gave her a $900,000 house in Texas and $200,000 to furnish it, a $650,000 house in Los Angeles and an allowance of $5,000 per week. This amounted to $6.7 million. That's why Marshall's several wills did not provide her with part of his estate. He already had provided for her. I will email you the article so be on the lookout for it. By the way, in case you're not familiar with her late husband, he's not one of the typical Houston "Bubba" redneck wildcatters who struck oil and became wealthy and socially "acceptable". Marshall graduated from Yale Law School and later became an assistant dean of the law school. He was a very prominent attorney in the energy field. However, Anna Nicole IS a typical Houston "Bubba" redneck wildcatter who struck oil (Marshall).

I don't CARE about your opinions of Anna.
It was Marshall who wanted Anna to be his WIFE!
He pursued her.
It wasn't the other way around.
Marshall WANTED Anna to be his WIFE!

That is the TRUTH!

Marshall probably wanted Marilyn Monroe..Only, being feeble, and old, he got the cut rate version instead...

CHRIS KISINGER: My and SIS's posts are not about Marshall wanting Anna Nicole to be his wife. That is not in doubt by either of us or by the court cases here in Houston and California. The court cases and our posts are about Anna Nicole's unsubstantiated claim that he promised to give his estate to her. His several wills and numerous other legal documents do not mention Anna Nicole as a beneficiary of his estate. A Houston jury thoroughly examined the evidence and ruled she was not to receive any of his estate. And by the way, I've shared a very extensive, insightful article about the real Anna Nicole with SIS and a few other FSM posters. It painted Anna Nicole as I have described her---a parasitic, Bubba wildcatter looking to strike oil---Marshall's. As for who pursued who, it was mutual. I don't doubt the veracity of the article because I know the author personally and professionally. If you don't care about my comments on Anna Nicole because you don't agree with them or they upset you, you're respectfully invited not to read them.

A few years ago, Anna Nicole was here in Houston at a bookstore autographing her latest calendar or centerfold. She signed one guy's calendar/centerfold something to the effect, "Happiness is outliving your rich husband.".....(Unhappiness is finding out he left you out of his will).

Good one! Haven't read you article yet, dragon. I'm been hopping from one meeting to another at the office today, just sneaking in here to see what's cooking!
