The now triple threat did a great job with the new X-Men I say. And The Nice Guys as well. Great couple of week for him.

Yes, it's a regular Ottoman empire (I assume your "typo" was intended).

"What Goldsmith hadn't done is he (Horner) created a theme for Spock, which hadn't been done, except for in the original series . . ."

(. . . about ten minutes in.)

Ottman has a tin ear. The extent to which I am a Star Trek music weenie is the same extent to which his failure to discern Goldsmith's recurring Spock motif in STTMP irritates me.

I have not achieved Kolinahr.

Apparently this is what happens when I post on two hours sleep from mobile.

Of course now I have the dilemma of whether to correct the subject line.

He also has a cameo role in the film (X-Men: Apocalypse).

No worries. Happens to the best of us. Sigerson "Grammar Nazi" Holmes caught me spelling "chock-full" incorrectly in the Horner Documentary thread.

Well I still kinda want to fix the factual stuff.
How the hell did I miss Producing credits since Supes?

Now who wants to take care of that "Emerald Forrest" thread?

What dilemma? That second 'o' is unpleasant to look at.

I'll look for him. Going again this week.

Ok I see it now. Four producer credits, 3 of the movies I've never seen - Apt Pupil, Valkyrie and Jack The Giant Slayer.

It's a case of blink-and-you'll-miss-him... he's quite prominently featured in-frame, though (IIRC he's in one of the scenes where the missiles are launching - credited as 'Confused Tech').

X-Men Apocalypse is currently in heavy rotation for me.
I'm hearing a definite Ennio Ecstasy of Gold influence.
