Not sure about the documentary, but they recently scored 'cinema du look' director Leos Carax' recent movie musical, ANNETTE, which got lots of raves in Cannes. I've sampled it on Spotify, and it's all very much standard Sparks in terms of the songs. Elliot Goldenthal wrote the score for the 1980 film by the same name, that also contained songs by Hell & co. Thanks for the info Thor, I wasn't aware of the movie at all. I see he composed two movies for Ulli Lommel (Cocaine Cowboys was the other one) at the start of his career. Andy Warhol seemed to be involved in both productions as well.
