Apologies if this has already been mentioned on the board, but I just discovered it tonight: Disney+ has the isolated score in their Extras section of the film. It’s the last one in the list called “Play Score-Only Version of the Movie.”
I guess only in the US, because in The Netherlands it's not listed in the extras section.

Are these a music and effects track or purely isolated SCORE? It may be worth purchasing THE LAST JEDI and THE RISE OF SKYWALKER 4K UHD after all.

Having just listened to it last night, I can safely confirm that it is purely isolated score, no sound effects. I wish Disney would do this with the other films in the series, as well as for their animated classics.
P.S. Only Last Jedi has isolated score.

Yes, thank you. I checked it out on Disney+ and saw the "Score-Only" presentation as the last extras option avilable. It is interesting to note that this was only selectable from a physical streaming device (It worked on my nVidia Shield and Apple TV), but not from the browser interface. The last bunch of "extras" that I saw on the streamers were grayed out in Google Chrome.
